“Art Raised Me”

This collection was centered around my life growing up with an artistic family. Having a musically talented father, siblings with natural artistic talent, a grandmother who is a watercolor painter, and multiple other family members involved in the arts, I have endless inspiration, therefore, the arts have raised me. I have included pictures of my brother and I with painted faces which symbolizes our relationship, but also acts as a metaphor for art being ingrained within us. The combination of musical instruments, physical artwork, and the personal connection was important for me to capture here.
